The buyer will order this 2 weeks before close. They will need the sq. feet above grade from the listing sheet. Also a closing date.

Sellers Payoff

The listing agent will get this ordered about 2 weeks before we close.

Loan to be closed on Nov. 2, at 2:00PM at the title co. listed above.
