Samantha and Riad are hard at work signing their life away for their new mortgage. It's hard being in your 20's and moving into a brand new house.

The layout of this home is a total surprise. It appears to be a ranch from the outside, but when you enter it becomes a quad level. There are two sets of sliders in the back and daylight windows in the fourth level down making for total home utilization. Riad is a computer buff and will, I'm sure, take over one of the rooms down for his operations.

"Wow, it's ours, now what do we do? Despite a somber appearance, the happy couple contemplates their new home. We had just finished off a large meal celebration at Red Lobster. We were oh so full.

In finding their new home, I had emailed them 40 or 50 homes and sorting thru them, 24 seemed a possibility. Assessing their needs and wants, I filtered thru them and chose 10 likely prospects for our first time out searching. Within 2 hours we had come thru this house and they were hooked--heading to write an offer.
